01Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and products, book a video call and contact us. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, send misleading or bulk content, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
02Information and pricing
Published prices are in US dollars and are each plan's starting point. The scope, final price, dates and payment terms of each project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract before work begins. We may update published prices at any time; changes don't affect projects already contracted.
03Video calls
The assessment call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If you can't attend, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. If something unexpected requires us to move it, we'll let you know as early as possible.
04Partner program
The 20% commission is calculated on the value of projects that close and are paid by clients who arrived through your link and were registered as your referrals. Specific terms are set in writing when you join the program.
05Intellectual property
The site's content and design, and the names and logos of Sozacorp, Osindy, Listingood, Osmeals, Maylos and Tripbu, belong to Sozacorp LLC or their respective owners. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
06Links to other sites
The site includes links to our products and to third-party services. Each site has its own terms and policies.
07No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sozacorp won't be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Contracted services are governed by their own agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
