02What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, job title and country.
- What you tell us about your company and project in our forms and booking flow: industry, team size, tools you use, needs, timeline and approximate budget.
- Your video call details: date, time, time zone and language.
- Minimal technical data: to prevent abuse we process your IP address transiently and store only a derived code that can't be used to rebuild it. Our infrastructure provider logs technical data for security.
- Your browser's local storage: your language preference, the partner code you arrived with (?ref=) and your landing page or campaign source, for up to 90 days.
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
03How we use it
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To schedule and hold your video call, and to send confirmations, reminders and changes.
- To prepare proposals and follow up on your project.
- To attribute referrals from our partner program.
- To improve our services and the security of the site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We don't sell or rent your information.
05How long we keep it
We keep your information while we have a business relationship with you or for up to 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
06Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to a specific use or receive a copy. Email info@sozacorp.com from the address you used with us and we'll respond within 30 days.
07Security
The site only works over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, with access limited to the people who need it.
08Where it's stored
Data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you contact us from another country, you agree that your information will be transferred to and processed there.
09Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with its update date.
